With a focus on the fusion of improvisational jazz and contemporary urban music; Kwesi Lee is an Artist, Producer, Songwriter, and Session musician from Washington D.C.
Having studied Jazz composition performance under Earl Hargrove, John Vanore, and Greg Kettinger as well as Pop music production and songwriting under Amund Bjørklund, Tor Erik Hermansen, Andreas Schuller, Fred Ball, Lars Hustoft, Martin Sjølie, and more; Kwesi is able to combine the stylistic and harmonic elements of the Jazz language with the accessibility of popular music.
With extensive live performance experience from years as a touring musician, Kwesi feels just as at home on a stage as he does in the studio.
